Please open both and print out if you like.
The answer sheet is designed to be filled out online. Then save to your computer and email the file to achatest@mahoa.org.
PLEASE when saving the answer sheet save the file as "your name ACHA Answers."
...and if anyone actually sends a test with the file name "yournameachaanswers" - you FAIL
